Visa fees is US $ 36 per person

Requirements:

Business/ Entry Visa Application Form  (2-copies)

 Report of Arrival Form (1-copy)

3 original recent color photos (35 mm x 45 mm), to be pasted on Business/Entry visa application forms and Report of Arrival Form.

Company Recommendation Letter from Pakistan side.

 Invitation Letter from the sponsor or host in Myanmar.

 Copy of ID card or any evidence  of the current  job, Bank Balance Sheet etc.
