Required to be submitted to the ministry concerned in Myanmar

Requirements:


Addition of new born child in mother's Passport

Separation of child from mother's Passport and issue of new Certificate of Identity ( C of I )

Addition of a child who holds C of I to mother's Passport

Change of status to dependent of foreign husband or wife

Expiration of 6-month duration of re-entry visa for applicants holding foreign registration certificate in Myanmar.

 

Note: The cases stated above are required to be submitted  to the Ministry concerned in Myanmar. Therefore, applications should be sent to the Embassy in advance.
